What A trip ! Heyme international travel and adventure film festival of Montpellier brings together thousands of travel and adventure enthusiasts every year.
During 4 days, high level adventurers gather in Montpellier to share their incredible experiences with the public.
movies, meeting with adventurers, conférences, photo exhibitions, travel village, workshops, concerts… So many opportunities to (re)discover our beautiful planet and its inhabitants.

EDITION
THE 5TH EDITION
A high level jury !
The star presenter of the program “Faut pas rêver” will be the president of the fifth edition of the Montpellier International Adventure and Travel Film Festival! After passing by Canal + and Arte, it is on France television Carolinastands out by presenting Thalassathen Faut pas rêver with Philippe Gougler.
The five year jury ! To help the festival blow out its 5 candles!
For the five years of the festival, the former President of the jury make us the honor of their presence and on this occasion, will present an Honorary Prize to the film that will have seduced them! Carolina de Salvo, Sophie Jovillard and Manuel Herrero, will return to Héraultaise to carry out their mission. They will be accompanied by Laurent Ballesta, master of ceremonies of the festival but also 1st president of the jury in 2017.
This year, Carolina, Sophie and Manuel will be presenting the honorary prize for the festival’s 5 years. A favorite that they will share with the public and the adventurers of the festival!
WAT#7, is on the road !
Base jump, canoe trip, diving and mountaineering in Nepal, paragliding in the Himalayas, discovery of the Patagonian Andes, expedition on the Pig Island… More than 25 films are in competition and 5 prizes will be awarded this year.
Conférences and workshops !
The travel village offers nearly 40 conferences and workshops to make you dream and help you prepare your next departure: how to equip your van for a road trip, go around the world with your family, travel while being LGBT, prepare your bike for a trip, create your travel diary…
17 photo exhibitions to discover in the heart of Montpellier and its metropolis will take you from Tajikistan to Madagascar, from India to Beijing, and will take you from the nomads of the plateau of Adrar to the big cats of Africa.
And also, quality guests, concerts, sound travel, games… we are ready to celebrate our 5 years together!
